Phoenixville beat Coatesville in the Ville-to-Ville Step Challenge!
In just six weeks, 197 Phoenixville participants walked over 48 million steps (24,021 miles) – just short of the distance around the earth! Phoenixville walkers burned approximately 1.9 million calories, equal to 549 pounds. Way to go, Phoenixville!

The Ville-to-Ville Step Challenge runs September 23 to November 3. Registration is now open!
Phoenixville and Coatesville are competing in a Ville-to-Ville Step Challenge to see which ‘Ville can walk the most steps in six weeks. Phoenixville lost the 2017 challenge to Coatesville by only 75 steps per day. This year we need to step it up and make a comeback!

Sport your 'stache! All participants receive a mustache to wear for this family-friendly 1 mile fun run & walk presented by Activate Phoenixville Area. Stache Dash is part of Phoenixville's first Harvest Festival and takes place on the paved Schuylkill River Trail.
Event Details and Schedule
Run starts at 11:30am Saturday, November 4th. Meet at the Schuylkill River Trail walking bridge behind the Phoenixville Foundry (2 N Main St, Phoenixville, PA 19460). Parking is available in Borough parking lots.
Stache Pack pickup will be on race day from 9:30am-11:00am at the walking bridge behind the Phoenixville Foundry and on November 3rd 5:30-6:30pm at Reeves Park (148 3rd Ave, Phoenixville, PA 19460) before Movie in the Park.

Same-day registration will be available however t-shirts are not guaranteed.
APA's annual Community Service Expo allows high school Juniors and Seniors to meet and greet with local nonprofits. All high school students must complete at least 15 hours of community service prior to graduation, and the Expo allows them to make connections with the nonprofits and determine which may be the best fit. The Expo will take place on October 26th from 7:30 to 8:30am at the Phoenixville Area High School. All interested organizations must register to attend the Expo by September 30th.
